Requirements:
- Five years’ experience, with demonstrable achievements in leading reputable schools (or as member of the Leadership Team).
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable, accredited university and a Master’s Degree with special qualifications in Education and School management.
- Excellent team-building skills, with proven experience in leading, motivating and empowering people coupled with the ability to work in an organization with central management functions and a Board of Directors
- A proven track record in the effective and efficient management of fiscal and human resources.
- An understanding of and practical expertise in information technology as an integrated educational tool.
