Position: Receptionist /
Secretary
Location: Mombasa
Our client, group
of companies working in investments, transport agents and business activities
and based in Mombasa seeks to recruit an experienced Receptionist / Secretary.
·
Receiving visitors;
·
Receiving and sending out correspondence: via phone calls and
emails;
·
Filing and management of filing, Photo coping and scanning of
documents as per work demand;
·
Office requisitions;
·
Keeping records of all contacts;
·
Taking minutes of meetings when called upon to
·
Dispatch of invoices and any other documents as may be assigned;
·
Keep truck position twice a day - morning and evening;
·
Reporting on
daily events;
·
Assisting in compiling Insurance claim documents;
·
Prepare L.P.O and Debit Note as per request;
·
Any other duties assigned to.
Qualification/Experience
·
Any business related course
·
At least 4 years work experience in a similar role
·
Should have good verbal and written communication skills
·
Must have Ms Office (Word,
Excel) working knowledge
·
Must have good interpersonal skills
Mombasa residents
