Request for Trainers
The Adventist
Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Somalia is an International
Non-Governmental Organization registered in Kenya and operating in Somalia.
ADRA is seeking
services of experienced Trainers to carry out Training for Trainers Mogadishu
Somalia.
·
Design the training program and a training manual on Monitoring
and Evaluation of teaching and learning process, Report Writing and Keeping an
up-to-date data.
·
Design and deliver training of trainers’ workshop of in
Mogadishu as per the objectives set above.
·
Review the current effectiveness of Monitoring and Evaluation
system in schools in discussions with the work shop participants and provide
recommendations for improvement
·
Prepare a detailed workshop report touching on stated areas of
training plus recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
·
Holders of either Degree in Social Sciences or Education.
·
Technically competent in facilitating training of trainers’
workshop
·
The consultant needs to be a good and proven trainer with
excellent training skills and methodologies suitable for adult learning;
·
Proven track record as a trainer in schools’ Monitoring and
Evaluation
·
Ability to train well in a team and train adults with low
education levels;
·
Immediate availability to undertake the assignment
