Resources Intern
Reports To: The Team Leader
Role Objective: To support the HR function of the company and
administration as they gain knowledge on the professional application of the
area of HR.

Able to follow instructions.
·
Advertise positions and shortlist, prepare summary review
reports of interviews
·
Support in the administrative function in the company
·
Conduct select interviews
·
Have knowledge of the basics of Human Resource Profession
·
Must have a basic understanding of the Labour laws and DIT
related laws
·
Able to develop tailored and accurate job descriptions under
instructions
·
Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining personnel
activities and performance
·
Have excellent understanding on Personnel filing
·
Must have great understanding regarding the Human Resources
Manual and how to maintain it.
·
Must prepare the following reports;
·
Daily Activity reports
·
Monthly progress report
·
Weekly progress report

Desirable
·
Minimum Diploma in HR
