One of our
clients a catering company is seeking to recruit a HR Assistant to assist in the day to day running of the administrative and HR
functions of the company.
The job duties
include;
·
recruiting and staffing of employees
·
Employee performance evaluation
·
employee orientation, development, and training logistics and
recordkeeping;
·
assisting with employee relations;
·
company employee communication; create proper communication
channels with employees
·
compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping;
·
employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and
·
employee services;
·
maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
·
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR
office.
·
Visit the client site as often as required to evaluate
performance of employees and get feedback
·
Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
·
Diploma/Higher Diploma in Human Resource
·
2-3 years HR experience preferably in a catering company
·
Preferably male
·
Can work on Saturdays
