Space Planner / CAD Technician

Responsibilities
As a space
planner / CAD technician, your work will be drafting, clearing drawings,
polylining areas according to industry standards, uploading floor plans in CAD
platform and generating different platforms.
Key Criteria of the Space Planner
It is essential
that you have experience in office design or space planning with a strong
portfolio to support this.
You will be
fully confident in using the following soft wares;
1. Auto CAD(3D
AutoCAD (2007-2011)
2. Arch CAD
3. 3D Studio
Max, Photoshop
4. Sketch-up
Able to produce
detailed architectural drawings and you must be familiar with the Bylaws.
As this role is
due immediately, you must be available immediately.
