Project Manager (Six Month Contract)
Location: Nairobi.

Our client, a French high Technology provider of broadband terminals,
convergence and energy solutions, seeks to recruit a qualified and experienced
individual to fill the position of Project Manager for a period of six
months. Industry: Telecommunications

The successful
candidate will be in charge of a specific project during the six months period.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure proper
and efficient management of the Financial, Human Resources, administrative
and operational aspects of the Project.
- Coordinating
operations of the Project implementation in order to meet contractual
obligations and targets
- Ensure Project
costs planning/Budgeting, optimization and control.
- Managing Project
staff/teams and sub-contractors.
- Co-ordination of
Project site meetings and reports
Qualifications
and Competences
- Must be a holder
of University degree in engineering preferably Telecommunications or
Networks.
- Minimum 5 years
experience in similar role.
- Must possess
project handling techniques (leading teams, organization, and budgeting,
financial management).
- Have good
communication and report writing skills
- Demonstrated
leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects and
initiatives
- Ability to
motivate staff and achieve results
