Marketing Officer Job in Kenya (KShs 20K - 25K)

Our client is an electrical engineering solution provider company specializing in the design, manufacture and servicing of low voltage electrical switchboards for commercial and industrial environments. 

They would like to recruit an enthusiastic Marketing Officer.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
  • Dispersing information to the sales staff
  • Approaching customers as they enter the store
  • Inquiring about the type of furniture the clients want and assisting the clients to what products or services are required
  • Understand well the products and services of the company
  • Understand the companies brand and offerings to be able to answer any questions the customer asks
  • Selling so as to move multiple products and services offered by the client
  • Process the paperwork and arrange clients’ details in and organized manner
  • Carry out any other duties as required from time to time commensurate with the role
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience
  • Experience in the Furniture Industry will be an added advantage
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Possesses good conceptualization skills and be able to assist the sales team to meet their targets
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be result oriented and an excellent communicator both orally and in writing
  • Should be a person who is passionate, mature, honest, responsible, enthusiastic to learn, change oriented and people focused
  • Be a team player who is a problem solver, enthusiastic, highly motivated and able to multi-task
  • Have good communication skills with regard to written, drawn and verbal and presentation skills.
