well established telecommunication company wishes to recruit a Head of Sales.

Reporting to the
Chief Commercial Officer, the candidate is responsible for the following key
areas in the sales department.
Responsible for
the entire Sales functions across Corporate, Business, Government as well as
Channel Sales.
Responsible for
the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Direct sales
team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability
and growth in line with company vision and values.
Establishes
plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and
contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients
and Account Managers.
Person Profile
- Master’s degree or MBA or equivalent.
- MIS / IT/ CS background preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements of Corporate as well as Government. Also knowledge of filing tenders.
