Enhance business growth by identifying and selling our services to prospective clients (lead generation); Maintaining relationships with key clients (Key Asset Management) and getting new business (Prospecting).
Job Description
- Develop business
opportunities by identifying prospects and creating a segmented internal
client database portfolio.
- Sell our
services by establishing contact and developing relationships with
prospects.
- Generating leads
by establishing a network of potential current and future clients.
- Following up the
leads generated and closing sales.
- Giving input on
the marketing, communications and PR strategy.
- Managing the
relationships with the company’s clients post sales.
Desired
Job Specification;
- A presentable
and self confident lady.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s
degree in a sales and marketing course related course with some experience
of working in a training and consulting firm.
- Fluency in
written and Spoken English.
- Excellent
Presentation Skills
- Self-driven
ability in securing and retaining new and existing clients respectively
- Negotiation
Skills, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals
- Proficiency in
Microsoft office packages
- A fast learner
with willingness to acquire knowledge on our training and consulting
services
- Ability to work
independently with minimum supervision
- Results oriented
and good problem solving skills
How
