Personal Profile
- The candidate must hold a post
graduate degree in social sciences, development studies or a development
related field and possess at least 10 years proven track record in leading
and managing institutions and development programs as well as either being
part of social movements or an active member of civil society.
- S/He should be committed to gender
equity, a strong believer in Human Rights Based Approach to development
and must demonstrate courage of conviction to tackle injustices.
- S/He will have competencies in
campaigns and policy advocacy; fundraising and donor relations; and have
sound organizational development skills.
- The candidate must have excellent
communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Kiswahili is an added
advantage.
