company dealing in wholesale and retail of drugs is looking to fill the
following positions;
Veterinary Assistant/Sales Assistant
Rongai (Ksh.15,000)
Key Duties
Key Duties
- Diagnosing
ailments in animals
- Administering
animal medication
- Engage
veterinary customers in all sales related activities
- Grow veterinary
customer base by ensuring that customer issues are handled promptly
- Check and advice
on expiry of drugs and disposal of the same
- Ensure proper
management and maintenance of records
- Perform stock
take, order and maintain supplies
- Ensure the store
is kept clean at all times
- Ensure accurate
positing of drugs in the system and on drug shelves
- Ensure drugs are
removed according to invoices
- Ensure timely
removal of orders with zero errors
- Perform any
other duty that may be assigned by the management.
Qualification
- Certificate/Diploma
in Veterinary Training
- MUST have at
least 1 year work experience as a Veterinary assistant/veterinary
- Excellent
organization skills
- Good
communication skills
- Knowledge of
Pharmacore will be an added advantage
Cashier
Nairobi &
Rongai
(Salary: Ksh.12,000 –
15,000)
Key Duties
Key Duties
- Receiving of
payments and ensuring that all receipts are properly and promptly receipted
in the systems
- Petty cash float
maintenance, related document retention and proper filing
- Posting and
reconciliation of cash expenses via petty cash accounts
- Prepare the
unpaid cash invoices report and submission of the same to the accounts
receivables for follow ups
- Making sure
banking is done at the appropriate time everyday and keeping a physical
record of the same indicating the time, the amount banked, where I banked
and by whom
- Maintain
effective communication with colleagues, both junior and senior
- It shall be the
role of the cashier to update the finance manager on any cash variances on
the petty cash
- Ensure all
records are up to date, well stored and easily retrievable
- Ensure accurate
and timely daily, weekly and monthly, reports
- Ensure accurate
and appropriate recording and analysis of record on petty cash are
accurate and expenses utilized
- Any other duties
assigned by the management
Qualifications
- KCSE Certificate
- KATC
- Good
communication skills
- Well groomed
