in their Clinical Trials Research Lab based in Nairobi.
Laboratory Manager
Qualifications:
- At least a BSc
degree in a Biomedical Science field, with MSc being an added advantage
- Working
experience of three years, especially in a Clinical Research Laboratory
- At least one
year of experience of Laboratory Management
- Trained in Good
Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP)
- Registered and
Certified by Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologists Board
Skills:
- Good
interpersonal skills
- Strong
leadership and delegation skills to oversee a busy clinical trials
laboratory with multiple research studies
- Excellent
computer skills with Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Quality
Assurance Training
- Able to write
and implement Laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
