Limited, is developing the Kwale Mineral Sands Project approximately 50km south
of Mombasa.
The project is funded
and construction commenced in the 3rd quarter of 2011.

Control Room Operator

The overall purpose
of this role is to monitor & control concentrator and mineral separation
plant processes by means of a SCADA system within prescribed operating
parameters in order to meet production plan requirements.
Duties
include:
- Ensuring
effective monitoring & control of processing plant operations.
- Competent
interpretation and dissemination of process information.
- Facilitating
effective shift handover.
- Maintaining a
clean plant.
- Promoting a safe
working environment.
Shift Operator

The purpose of this
job is to assist the Supervisor with day-to-day tasks, monitoring, cleaning,
maintaining and running the plant equipment
Duties
include:
- Conducting
Temperature, Voltage and Machine condition Surveys on required streams or
machines.
- Contributing
towards the identification of problem areas in PCP and MSP.
- Maintaining a
clean plant.
- Promoting a safe
working environment.
Essentials
- Kenyan Certificate
of Senior Education with mathematics, science, English and Swahili.
- At least 1 year
experience in a processing plant as a plant control room operator.
- Experience in
production and processing in a mineral processing plant.
- Knowledge of
computers and electronics.
- Good working
knowledge of English
