Matungulu Kangundo Water
& Sewerage Company Limited is a Public Company appointed by Tanathi Water
Services Board as a Water Service Provider under section 55c) of the Water Act
2002.
The Company is now seeking
to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the position of Managing Director.
Duties
- Advising the
Board on performance of the company in regard to objectives, targets and
policies as they affect operations of the company.
- Ensure
formulation and implementation of the company's plans, strategies to
ensure profitable operation.
- Cultivating
and encouraging a productivity culture of results in the company.
- Ensure
effective mobilisation and utilisation of resources.
- Effectively
promote a positive image of the company.
Qualifications
- University
degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum
experience of three (3) years in Water affair in a senior position.
- In depth
knowledge of water sector reforms.
- Knowledge of
financial matters and experience ¡n a similar position will be an added
advantage.
