Our client is a Sales and Marketing Consultancy Firm looking to
fill the position of a quality and strong Sales Trainer for a local chain of
supermarkets in Nairobi to train its outlet’s merchandising personnel.

The Sales trainers must have specific experience, training
groups especially in the field of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
- To plan,
conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for the
merchandisers.
- Serve as a subject
matter expert for sales training and sales process and systems
- Assist in the
design and preparation of materials, resources and information to be used
in respect of programmed delivery.
- Present
information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such
as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, or
lectures.
- Developing and
customizing Sales and Marketing curriculum.
- Take
responsibility for the quality of teaching delivered.
- Guidance and
skills development to ensure that standards are maintained and improved.
- Adequately
equipping the students with Sales/Marketing/Customer Relations skills.
- Monitor,
evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a
University Degree in a business related field
- At least 3yrs
experience in Sales and Marketing
- Must have
specific experience, training groups especially in the field of Sales
- Candidates
preferably should have experience conducting role plays
- Male or female –
we need strong characters (not pushovers)
- High attention
to detail and time consciousness necessary
- Excellent
communication skills both spoken and written
- Confident and
articulate with a strong presence
- Able to learn
and adapt quickly
- Minimum age – 26
years
Availability:
- Trainers must be
available 100% during the required period
- Trainers must be
available from 3rd May to facilitate training and coordination of the
participants
