We are a leading coffee exporter operating throughout East
Africa.
We seek to recruit a dynamic, focused, experienced and highly
motivated individual for the post of Coffee Trader.
The candidate must display a passion for the Coffee Industry.
Although based in Nairobi, the role will involve frequent travel within the East African Region and internationally.
An in depth knowledge of both the international and regional
coffee industry is a pre-requisite for the successful candidate.
Qualifications Experience and Profile:
- Minimum first
degree, but preference for Masters in business related area.
- 10+ years
experience in coffee industry.
- Proven sales and
marketing skills.
- Proven
experience in coffee procurement.
- Proven
experience in coffee quality assessment.
- Proven team
management skills.
The Candidate should have strong management skills and should be
a leader who can coach and mentor and develop staff.
