Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Gross Salary: KES 200,000 – KES 250,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Competitors
product analysis, price bench-marking, designing packaging, product
profitability etc.
- Launching
decorative tinting m/c across the dealer network.
- Working
knowledge on Auto refinish, Industrial, Wood and Adhesives would be added
advantage.
- Analyzing
the product/segment gaps in the market
(deco/adhesives/industrial/refinish)
- Coordinate
with R&D on the new/existing product development/launch.
- Designing
promotional material.
- Handling
campaigns, exhibitions/seminars.
- Preparing
price list from time to time.
- Assisting
Sales team to achieve their target figures.
- Advertising
& Revenue control.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum
Bachelors in Chemistry or related discipline;
- Preferably
Masters in Marketing or related discipline; and
- 6
to 8 years of experience in Paints Industry in the East African market;
preferably in front line sales and marketing.
Required Skills:
- Proven
experience in a similar role;
- Demonstrated
exceptional people management and leadership capabilities;
- Interest
