Nairobi Office.
The position requires the following;
Job Objective / SummaryThe position requires the following;
To advice the management on HR policies and strategies and
ensure that the HR function provides the required support to implement them.

- Preparation
for recruitment and selection; inviting and organizing for interviews
- Preparing
leave reports
- Maintaining
staff data including personal history, qualifications skills and
competencies, attendance and marking of register
- Monthly
returns & calculating overtime
- Organizing
for training
- Performance
appraisals
- Assist
in preparation of HR budgets
- Occupational
Safety and Health
- Assist
in renewal of business licenses
- Assist
the HR & Administration manager on insurance issues
- Fleet
Management
- Insurance
Administration
- Follow
up licensing/permits and liaising with relevant authority body
- Coordinate
Kaizen activities
- Repairs
& Maintenance. Check issues of authorization and financing
- To
carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you by the Management
from time to time.
Qualifications
- Degree
in Human Resource Management with 2yrs progressive work experience
- Higher
Diploma in Human Resource Management with 3yrs progressive work experience
- Good
communications skills
- Excellent
negotiating skills
- Excellent
interpersonal skills
- Managerial
experience in a busy organisation
