The University of Eldoret invites proposals for CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ISO 9001:2008).
 
The following must be submitted together with the Quotation documents:-
  • Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation/Registration.
  • Certified copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
  • Certified copies of V.A.T and P.I.N Certificates.
  • Company profile.
  • Audited Accounts (last three (3) years).
  • Professional staff available for the assignment including their CVs, academic qualifications and experience.
  • Client Work Profile and Consultancy Fees Charged
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect Quotation document from Procurement Office, University of Eldoret, along Iten-Ziwa road 9 Km from Eldoret Town, during normal working hour.
 
Quotation documents can be purchased from Procurement Office, Chepkoilel University College at nonrefundable fee of Kenya shillings Two thousand only (Ksh.2,000. 00) in form of bankers’ cheque only payable to Chepkollel University College. 

All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of 2% in the form of a banker’s cheque from reputable bank or approved insurance company and must be delivered with Tender Documents.
 
Completed tender documents accompanied with official receipt for the fee paid are to be enclosed in plain
sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender Name and Tender Reference should be addressed and
delivered to:

Or deposited in the tender box situated at University of Eldoret Administration Block so as to be received on or before Tuesday 26th March, 2013 at 10.30am local time.
 
Quotation documents will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend in the Principals’ Board Room.
