Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the holder will be
responsible for providing corporate administrative support to the CEO.
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business administration or equivalent from a recognized
university. (HR bias will be an added advantage)
- At
least C in KCSE.
- Diploma
in Secretarial course from a recognized institution.
- Certificate
in office management and administration.
- Proficiency
in computer applications, more specifically Microsoft office.
- At
least 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a busy financial
institution.
- Must
have excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal relation.
- Should
be between the age of 25 – 35 years old.
