is recruiting a Sales Lead (IT) for one of its clients, an
IT Business Solutions provider.
The incumbent will specifically be responsible for the following:
- Identify
market gaps and partner alignment opportunities;
- Plan and prioritise
personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving
agreed business aims;
- Plan and
manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an
agreed market development strategy;
- Provide
solution and technology expertise;
- Facilitate
access to and utilization of reseller communities;
- Monitor and
report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports
and information.
The successful candidate should have the following
qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Sales and Marketing;
- At least
Four (4) years working experience in a similar industry;
- At least Two
(2) years working experience in sales of AV/AS solutions, Firewall
- solutions,
Data loss prevention solutions and Encryption required;
- Experience
providing security solutions.
- Must be
adept in the workings of network, computer and IT security systems;
- Must have
Cisco Security, Websense and Fortinet certifications;
- Possess
strong selling skills;
- Excellent
verbal and writing communication skills
- Polished
presentation skills ;
- Honesty and
unquestionable integrity in handling confidential information;
- Result
oriented;
