Position Overview: Sales Administrator
The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department as well as customer service support to new & existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Opening
& tracking of sales enquiries and job cards
- Creating
and managing of correspondence to clients through email, quotations,
proposals, tenders and presentations
- Creating
and managing a customer database
- Coordinating
communication between sales department members and other functions
- Filing
and reporting
- Ensuring
excellent customer service standards are maintained to both internal and
external clients
- Participating
in sales promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum
2 years experience in a customer service related role
- Degree
or diploma in sales, marketing or customer service
- Ability
to confidently interact with client representatives at all levels
- Expert
communication, multi-tasking and organization skills
- Strong
relationship building skills
- Good
report writing skills
- Attention
to detail
- Proficiency
in MS Office applications
- Ability
to work under pressure
