Pharmaceutical Brand Managers
To manage the development and implementation of pharmacy and consumer over the counter brands through developing communication and promotion strategies through effective operational execution of these strategies
Deliverables:
To manage the development and implementation of pharmacy and consumer over the counter brands through developing communication and promotion strategies through effective operational execution of these strategies
Deliverables:
- To
develop brand strategies and allocate resources in line with the portfolio
strategy
- Initiate
and manage portfolio management project and programmes bases on brand
requirements.
- Manage
the development and completion of plans - strategic and operational plans
, annual performance review, budget plan, research plans, activity cycle
plans and activity plans.
- Initiate
brand innovations to improve brand image attributes amongst customers.
- Effective
management of wholesalers and direct customers to ensure delivery on brand
initiatives and drive the creative processes for our brands
- Effective
leadership and development of own team as well as management trainees to
deliver results and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for the
organization.
- Develop
and manage initiative to improve processes, practices and methods to
reduce complexity and enhance speed to market as well as consumer
benefits.
- Provide
relevant information in a timely manner to support effective and efficient
decision making.
Requirements:
- 6-8
experience in pharma brand management or FMCG category including
experience in x-functional experience in trade and brand marketing.
- THOROUGH
KNOWLEDGE AND APPLICATION EXPERIENCE in brand strategy development, brand
planning, programme development, product development and customer
engagement.
Education:
- Any
undergraduate degree, preferably marketing and economics or Dip Pharm
KIM.
- Member
of the Kenya Institute of Marketing or CIM will add value.
