Position : Customer Service Executive
Department : Administration
Reporting To : Sales and Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading supplier of tableware and light catering equipment to hotels, restaurants and catering institutions is seeking to build a strong team of Customer Service Executives who will be responsible for handling customer complaints and ensure that all customer complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner to customer`s full satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate
full product range at every opportunity to potential and current
customers.
- Handle
any customer complaints promptly, efficiently and professionally in
accordance with the established procedure.
- Ensure
a speedy telephone and message service at all times
- Inform
customers on any delays that may arise leading to a failure to meet the
set deadline for supply.
- Meet
customer specifications on the products ordered.
- Ensure
that corporate, divisional and departmental policies and procedures are
adhered to at all levels.
- Manage
customers’ accounts with the company.
- Ensure
timely delivery of the customer’s orders as planned and agreed with the
customer.
- Actively
participate in all promotional activity being offered by the company.
- Establish
and maintain regular contact with relevant people within the organization.
- Plan
promotional activity in accordance with Marketing directives and local
needs.
- Understand
and extract information contained in customer analysis statistics.
- Liaise
with the other departments on the status of the products under production
and communicate the same to customers.
- Any
other duties assigned.

to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements

Job Specification
- Minimum
diploma in Public Relations or any communication related field
- Experience
in Hospitality Industry will be an added advantage.
- Minimum
two (2) years experience in a busy customer service environment.
