iPod, cameras, and other electronic accessories in major towns in Kenya and the
larger East African Market.
Counter Sales
Job Description
- Handling
transactions for customers on the cash register
- Answer
phones, provide directions for customers and look up various models of
products
- Help
customers exchange or return merchandise
- Handle
customer complaints
- Prices and
stocks various products on shelves, puts up POP (point of purchase)
materials
- Dusts off
shelves and displays and prepare the store for large promotions.
- Help
customers assemble or install certain products
- Take
inventory and fill out certain inventory reports
- Handle
financial transactions for larger purchases
Requirements
- Degree or a
Diploma in Sales or Marketing
- Working
experience in sales: Preferably in the sale of phones
- High levels
on integrity
- Superior
communication skills
- A
certificate of good conduct
- Enjoy
working with people
- Lots of
patience and a pleasant demeanor
- Flexibility
to travel or move to other towns in Kenya
