Job Description:
- Assistance
in project implementation and system deployment
- Liaison
with vendors and services providers
- Technical
support to end users
- Installation
and maintenance of computer software and hardware systems
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Diploma
in IT or related disciplines with
- working
experience in technical support is an added advantage
- Solid
knowledge in the administration and support of Linux
- system,
Wintel, LAN and equipment support is preferred
- Strong
analytical skills to identify and diagnose problems
- Able
to communicate effectively with good common sense
- Knowledge
in Macintoshes, video-conference technology,
- web
sites development is an added advantage
- Strong
customer oriented mind-set
- Self-motivated,
hardworking with good interpersonal skills
Salary Kshs. 20,000/-
