Control Manager
Role: Overall
head of quality control manager
Responsibilities:
- In
charge of Health and Safety policy
- In
charge of the Environmental policy
- Able
to undertake root-cause analysis
- In
charge of training
- In
charge of internal Audit
- Ability
to develop the policies that workers will use to ensure quality
products/services
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Ability
to analyze data from inspections
- Ability
to test and develop processes that improve the quality of
products/services
- Able
to suggest production changes such as materials and methods that eliminate
quality defects
- Ability
to undertake research and development strategies for better production
- Must
be conversant with the use of computers and be able to create graphs and
charts from inspection data.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors
degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
- Relevant
professional training in project management or construction management
will be an added advantage
- Minimum
ten (10) years working experience in the construction industry
- At
least five (5) years working experience in testing and inspection
procedures in the construction industry
- Be
of good judgment and analytical ability
- Able
to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Be
good in leadership and teamwork
- Proficient
in problem-solving
- Must
have commercial awareness
- Must
be an individual of integrity
- Ability
to lead others
