The Board of Directors of Tsavo Securities invites applications for the position of Managing Director of Tsavo Securities.
It covers areas of Investment Advisory, Corporate Finance, Asset
Management and Debt and Equity Markets.
Job Profile
- Responsible for
the strategic direction of the overall Business including all operational
components.
- Assume
accountability for implementation of the Business Plan.
- Assist with
Managing the profitability of the Business (bottom-line responsibility).
- Manage external
relationships.
- Manage Risk
& Compliance.
- Ensure
operational effectiveness across all Business units.
Person Profile
- University
Graduate.
- An MBA would be
an advantage.
- Minimum of 10
years experience in the financial services sector, with at least 5 years
in a senior position.
