Company with 24 Beach Villas and a restaurant at the Diani (South Coast) Beach
wishes to recruit for the following positions:
Position: General Manager
In
addition, he/she must have at least five years working experience in the Hotel
& Tourism Industry preferably at the coast three of which shall be in
senior management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure
achievement of set targets
- Strategic
planning Policy development, documentation & teamwork plans.
- Customer
relations.
Position: Head of Sales and Marketing
Applicant
must be a holder of a higher diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales and
Marketing.
In
addition, he/she must have at least three years working experience in senior
marketing position preferably in Hotel and Tourism Industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing sales
& marketing strategy
- Achieving sales
targets
- Developing &
improving the product range for the Company.
- Expanding the
market for the Company.
