The University invites applications for the position of Dean, School of Medicine who will also support teaching and research as a Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor or Professor.

Applicants should posses the following Qualifications:
  1. At least a Masters Degree in a relevant area of specialization in Medicine.
  2. At least 5 years of University teaching experience.
  3. Ability to build teamwork.
  4. Commitment to advancing medicine through Medical Care, teaching and research.
Duties and Responsibilities
 
Coordinate all activities related to:
  1. Establishing a School of Medicine.
  2. Liaising with the relevant regulatory bodies.
  3. Preparing and submit ing proposals on academic resources to senate.
  4. Coordinating selection and admission of students to accredited programmes.
  5. Advising the University Management Board on matters related to staffing.
The terms of service for the posts include a competitive remuneration ranging from Kshs. 400,000- 800,000,
medical cover and other benefits.
