high-quality, hygienic, affordable toilets to local entrepreneurs in the
community. Our team then helps the entrepreneurs run these as viable
businesses.
It is our goal to
provide affordable, accessible and hygienic sanitation services to individuals,
thereby making a valuable contribution to their communities.
We have launched over
120 toilets in Mukuru and Viwandani and are expanding rapidly during the
upcoming months.
Role & Responsibilities:

The Data Clerk will
be part of the Operations and Sales team and will be in charge of all data
management for the team.
He/she will be
responsible for entering all data received or collected by the field staff and
also for running relevant weekly reports on the data to assist the team
management in setting goals and weekly work plans.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:

- Enter all weekly
data from field staff into Salesforce Database
- Monitoring of
Salesforce Data
- Run weekly
analysis of data entered
- Compile and
present field staff’s progress based on data reports during meetings
- Enter all data
from surveys and market research
- Any other duty
assigned by the manager
Who

- Diploma in IT
related field-desired
- High attention
to detail-required
- Fluent in
English and Swahili- required
- Analytical
skills and experience doing data analysis- required
- Computer
Programs:
- MS Office,
Excel—required
- Salesforce,
Google Products—desired
- Excellent
organizational skills—required
- Ability to work
under pressure and meet strict deadlines-required
