Business Development Officer

The Institutional Consultants Limited (ICL) has a vacancy for a Business Development Officer.
The key responsibilities will include to identify consultancy and training needs in the market; to conduct research, design training and consultancy jobs for execution by the Company; to Market the consultancy work and training programmes to appropriate clients and secure business in line with the Company’s policy and operational budget; and to prepare and submit regular reports on the consultancy and training programmes.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Must be a holder
of a first university degree in Marketing or equivalent from a recognized
university;
- A Masters degree
in the above field will be an added advantage;
- Must have at
least 3 years experience in a dynamic marketing function in consultancy
with proven people leadership skills; and
- Must be Computer
literate.
