A Classy Boutique resort in Adama, Ethiopia (100km from Addis Ababa) is currently seeking a highly proficient, likeminded Resort Manager with aspiration to take on a General Manager position in the near future.
A Classy Boutique resort in Adama, Ethiopia (100km from Addis Ababa) is currently seeking a highly proficient, likeminded Resort Manager with aspiration to take on a General Manager position in the near future.
This
position will report directly to the General Manager and oversee and work
closely with our onsite operations, business development, finance and human
resources teams.
In the
absence of the General Manager, the Resort Manager is in charge of the entire
resort.
Playing
a pivotal role, the Resort Manager will ensure that the resort continues to
provide outstanding service to all our guests.
We seek
a Resort Manager who will provide leadership and strategic management to the
team to drive future development.
You will maximize resort
revenues.
