Gross Salary: 160k-200k
The purpose of this job is to achieve sales as per budgets and ensure that markets are covered regularly.

The purpose of this job is to achieve sales as per budgets and ensure that markets are covered regularly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To
implement and achieve sales plan to ensure achievement of overall
company’s sales objectives.
- To
implement credit policy and ensure constant adherence to avoid increasing
debtor days.
- To
implement a market visit and coverage plan to ensure all markets are
covered adequately and product availability is adequate.
- To
implement promotional schemes for brand development.
- Coordinate
and oversee working of the outsourced marketing agency representatives.
- Continuously
provide and update market intelligence report with our counter strategy.
- Explore
new business with own talent and experience.
- To
set budget for next 3 years
- To
have catch up plan, sort fall plan to achieve budget
The above roles and responsibility will help in
- Managing
Relationship with the distributors/ Customers
- Getting
proper and validated information regarding competitors
- Staying
abreast of market developments with regards to changes in customer
preferences
Requirements
- Bachelors
Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field. A postgraduate
qualification is an added advantage.
- 5-8
years sales experience, preferred hardware sales line experience.
Knowledge of Kenyan Market is Preferred. Experience selling Roto Moulded
tanks will be a definite plus.
- Thorough
understanding of the whole sales process
- Excellent
Sales and negotiation skills
- Good
Business Sense
- Ability
to work calmly under pressure
- Good
It, Budget and report writing skills
- Possession
of accident-free Class BCE Kenyan driving license
