Project Officer
(Civic Education and Social Vetting of Leaders)
Community Aid International (CAI) is a Nairobi-based nongovernmental organization with programming activities on good leadership for good governance, among other social change and human development interventions, in several counties.
The holder of this position, reporting to and working closely
with the Programme Coordinator, will provide leadership in the implementation
of a project that carries out civic education and supports local initiatives in
social vetting and social audit of leaders.
Qualifications:
- The
candidate must be 30 – 45 years old with a degree in social
sciences;
- at
least three years of relevant experience;
a team player with leadership skills; - excellent
communication and social skills;
- track
record in programme management and resource mobilization;
- and,
passionate about the project’s theme. He/she should be available
immediately.
