Night Auditor / Cost Controller
Minimum of a Diploma in Accounts/Business Management
Knowledge of Credit laws and regulations
Knowledge of cashier and account payables operations
Good in F&B costs and reports
Executive Chef
Minimum a certificate in catering (Food/Beverages) from a
recognized institution.
A minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar
position
Able to set and oversee the hotels Kitchen high standards are
well maintained
Cost conscious without compromising quality

A degree/diploma with a Sales & Marketing or Public
Relations
At least two years work experience preferably hotel
