Reporting to the Sales Manager
Our client a market leader in the floriculture industry based in
Ruiru has a vacancy for an honest, reliable, experienced and goal driven Sales
Officerwho can be able to manage this position under minimum supervision.
- Business
development/Establishing the market
- Corporate
account management for clients
- Source,
build and develop prospects so as to achieve sales growth and income.
- Source
for dealers and distributors while minimizing waste from perish ability.
- Claim
bills and project management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree
in a Business Information Technology or related course with a sales
background in the flower or even in the horticultural sector.
- 5
years experience in sales with an added advantage if it is from a flower
firm
- Excellent
communication skills both written and spoken(telemarketing)
- Customer
management skills and willing to work for long hours and six days a week
with a day off coming any day of the week not necessarily Sunday.
- Technical
competencies in flower products will be an added advantage
- Ability
to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good
networking skills, eloquent and focused
- Willing
to work on a fixed package and competitive
commission
