Job Description Summary
TalentRecruit Kenya Limited is recruiting a Radio
Controller for one of its clients in the Security Industry.
Job Duties:
- To
operate the HF and VHF radio systems, telephone and computer terminals of
the Central Control Room
- To
receive alarm signals and dispatch alarm response teams on standby to
react to emergency and other security threat situations
- To
monitor the security alarm receiver, interpret and record alarm
activations and faults and record result of alarm responses;
- To
provide clear instruction at all times to mobile response units, ensuring
that they fully understand what is required and what has been asked
- To
liaise with contact clients/key holders in connection with alarm
activations
- To
maintain good customer relations ensuring all enquiries and complaints are
dealt with promptly and effectively to ensure a high standard of customer
service
- To
receive and record telephone messages, complaints and requests for company
services;
- To
monitor and record the movement of company vehicles;
- To
ensure that entries in the Occurrence Book are accurately recorded in line
with company procedures
Job Requirements
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Diploma
in IT
- Excellent
communication skills
- Alertness
and quick response
- Age:
Above 30 years
- Ability
to work for long hours
- Knowledge
of security processes and experience in operating radio systems is an
added advantage
