currently looking for an HR Consultant to work on project basis, in the following areas:
- Human
Resource Policy
- Job
Evaluation and Analysis
- Performance
Management
- Employee
Handbook
- Organizational
Structure.
Job responsibilities
- Provide a
comprehensive HR policy to our leading clients within the stipulated
timeframe
- Carryout job
evaluation and analysis for our clients
- Carryout out
performance management for our clients and record appropriate measures to
improve performance
- Come –up
with an employee handbook for the client within the stipulated timeframe
- Come- up
with an organization structure for our clients
Key qualification
- Degree
qualification in HR or business related courses.
- Has worked
as a consultant of over 7 years
- Had
undertaken similar project before
- Can work
with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines.
