Spray and Irrigation Manager
The job holder will report to the General Manager and will be
involved in coordination and control of the spray and irrigation activities of
the farm which will include pest and disease management, irrigation as well as
people management.
Requirements
A minimum of a diploma in either Chemical
Engineering/Horticulture/Agriculture with at least (5) years experience in
spray and irrigation operations of a Rose Flower Farm of not less than 10 ha
with responsibility for all a spray and irrigation activities.
Job holder must have strong written and verbal communication
skills.
Building and Maintenance Manager
The job holder will report to the General Manager and will be
involved in coordination and control of the Building and maintenance activities
of the farm which will include handling all Engineering, farm building and
construction, farm maintenance as well as people management.
Requirements
A minimum of a diploma in Civil Engineering with at least (5)
years experience preferably in a Rose Flower Farm of not less than 10 ha.
The Job holder must have strong written and verbal communication
skills.
The Candidates must be effective leaders, team-builders and
managers, with the ability to motivate staff and evaluate performance.
