Procurement Officer
Net Salary: 40k-50k
Our Client , one of Kenya’s Leading private companies in the water industry offering solutions to water problems through provision of high quality products and services is looking for a procurement officer (Net Salary; 40k-50k)
Job purpose: Reporting to Director, this role will develop and
implement sourcing and supplier management strategies to enable the

Main Responsibilities
- Advice on
appropriate procurement strategies and implement approved plans.
- Conduct market
research to identify pricing, availability and benchmarks.
- Maintain
supplier contacts.
- Closely monitor
and manage supplier cost, service and quality performance.
- Develop the
profile for procurement across all areas of the company.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of a
diploma in Purchasing and supplies.
- 4-5 years’
procurement experience in a busy firm.
- SAP system
Experience a must
- Member of
recognized professional body for procurement specialists will be an added
advantage
- Team player
- Innovative
individual.
The
