The FUNZOKenya
project aims to improve access to and quality of health workforce training by
supporting an increased number of new health workers trained; supporting
current health worker training needs; strengthening the capacity of training
institutions; and strengthening regulatory bodies to enhance training demand.
Programme Officer
This position
provides support to the project team leads, ensuring timely report generation
after meetings, field visits, workshops and conferences by the staff responsible
and their appropriate posting and circulation.
Working with
Monitoring and Evaluation team in ensuring all generated concept papers,
proposals, best pratcise documents, project related reports are stored and
tracked efficiently.
A Bachelors
Degree in project Management, Business management or related field, at least 3
yrs experience in the same capacity in an NGO, experience with USAID funded
projects will be an added advantage.
Telephone Operator
He or she will
be responsible for operating the telephone switchboard and consoles to connect,
hold transfer and disconnects telephone calls, provide information to assist
clients or refer them to appropriate contacts in Intra health International
Inc. Kenya office.
A diploma in
relevant field, 2 years experience in the same capacity or receptionist
experience.
Pleasant
personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
