Head
- Diaspora Banking
Reporting to the
Director Co-operatives Banking Division, the job-holder will be responsible for
executing the Diaspora Banking strategy, driving initiatives that enhance
Customer and Agent recruitment, performance, loyalty and engagement at the same
time ensuring operational efficiency and service delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive strategic focus by developing
the overall sales & operational strategy in relation to Diaspora
Banking
- Position the Bank as the key
Diaspora Bank through Agent/Client relationship and marketing
- Provide leadership, develop and
motivate the team members
- Ensure that the product and service
offerings to Diaspora Client & Agents meet their unique expectations
- Drive the financial & business
growth targets for Diaspora Banking
- Grow the Bank’s market share in the
chosen Diaspora segments
- Develop and manage Diaspora Banking
strategic partnerships
- Manage and mitigate risks associated
with this market segment
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Commerce, Marketing or related field of study
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Marketing Qualifications
- Registered member of a recognized
professional body
- A minimum of 4 years exposure in the
Diaspora
