Extrusion Supervisor
- Must have a
sound knowledge of plastics film multilayer and monolayer extrusion and
recycling process and machineries.
- Thorough
technical knowledge of raw materials.
- Having
qualification in instrumentation will be an added advantage.
- Able to operate
all the machines independently.
- Prepare and
execute daily production plan as per the order status.
- Distribute and
manage the men power on the shop floor.
- Monitor and
ensure the desired product quality.
- Maintain the
production records and prepare various production reports to ensure system
implementation and monitoring.
- Recommend and
implement ways to improve productivity and quality.
- Prepare and
execute the routine, preventive maintenance schedules and undertake break
down maintenance of machines.
- Control wastage
at each stage of operation in the plant.
- Has a sound
knowledge of QMS and quality records.
- Has a leaning
towards cleanliness at the work place.
Bag Making Supervisor
- Must have a
sound knowledge of plastics film bag making and pouch making process and
machineries.
- Thorough
technical knowledge of different types of films and machines in bag
making.
- Having
qualification in instrumentation will be an added advantage.
- Able to operate
all the machines independently.
- Prepare and
execute daily production plan as per the order status.
- Distribute and
manage the men power on the shop floor.
- Monitor and
ensure the desired product quality.
- Maintain the
production records and prepare various production reports to ensure system
