Network Website Developer Job in Nairobi Kenya


EPN is a Christian, non-profit, non-governmental organization composed as an international network with English and French as its core languages.
The Secretariat is based in Nairobi.
EPN’s purpose is to support the church health system provide quality pharmaceutical services.
EPN is looking to rebuild the back-end of its website, with minor changes to the front-end.
Note that we are NOT looking to redesign, only rebuild the back-end with a few minor changes as indicated in attached document, i.e. this is mostly a development job, very little design involved, except for a few small aspects (i.e. calendar, news feature). All required changes are described in the attached document.
Any aspect not described in this document should be exactly the same (look + function) in the new website as it is currently on www.epnetwork.org.
Note also that the EPN website is a large website with multi-level content (all of which is NOT fully visible in the sitemap but can be found by clicking through, especially in the programmes area). The work should not disturb the current website.
The rebuilding can be done and tested on a separate location and the work will only be accepted and put live if and when accepted by EPN
. If you choose to work with a different open-source platform, a training session and manual will be needed.

- Project timeline and minimum 2-phase deliverables (mid-way viewing of progress, followed by final delivery), including a session for 2 staff to work with the new website (already familiar with current).
- List of 3 relevant websites developed successfully by your company
- List of 3 references from 2011 or 2012.
