Request for Proposals for Consultancy Services on Design, Specification, and Training Services for Orthodox Tea Manufacturing

The Kenya Tea Development Agency Holdings Limited (KTDA) is Kenya’s premier tea organization providing management services to the small holder tea farmers for effective production, processing and marketing of high quality tea. KTDA is currently managing 65 factories.
 

KTDA would like to engage qualified Individual consultants to submit technical and financial proposal for the Design, Specification, Documentation and Training Services for Orthodox Manufacturing.
 

The Request for Proposal documents can be obtained from the office of the Group Head of Procurement at KTDA Farmer’s Building Moi Avenue Nairobi. 

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable tender processing fee of 50 US Dollars or equivalent in Kenya Shillings payable at the cash office located on the 5th floor of KTDA Farmers Building.
 

The completed Technical and Financial Proposal should be addressed to;

Completed proposals documents should be deposited in the Tender Box at the reception on Ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 09.00 AM on 28th August 2012.
 

Proposals will be opened on the same day.
 

KTDA is not obliged to accept any tender and its decision on the tendering process shall be final.
 

Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
