Enterprise Development Director
Traidlinks is expanding its work in Uganda and we require an Enterprise Develop ment Director capable of managing and accelerating this expansion.
This role will have overall responsibility for the management of
Traidlinks existing enterprise projects.
He\She will work with the Country Director to develop and
deliver a coherent, sustainable Enterprise Development strategy for Traidlinks
in Uganda as well as supporting fundraising for the various programmes
We seek a highly motivated individual who can bring a flexible,
proactive approach to the role.
A minimum of 10 years’ management/production experience in the
private sector with significant experience working in a developing country or
in an emerging economy context.
Functional skill background in Finance, Operations or Marketing
would be desirable.
