Q.A Validation Executive
Laboratory and Allied a fast growing pharmaceutical and medical company dealing in the production of both Human and Veterinary products is currently looking for the most competent and suitable personnel to fill the vacant position of a Q.A Validation Executive.
He will be reporting to the Deputy Q.A Manager.Laboratory and Allied a fast growing pharmaceutical and medical company dealing in the production of both Human and Veterinary products is currently looking for the most competent and suitable personnel to fill the vacant position of a Q.A Validation Executive.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Initiate, monitor
and implement validation plans or schedules and ensure co-ordination with
QC, Production and Maintenance.
- Prepare
monthly and annual validation plans and validation achievement reports.
- Ensures that
data in all validations are recorded and maintained.
- Write and
implement validations protocols and ensure qualification process
validation and cleaning validation are done and properly documented.
- Prepare and
implement revalidation and prequalification plans and prepare achievement
reports.
- Ensure process
and cleaning validation samples are taken to QC with proper documentation.
- Develop and
implement new calibration procedures.
- Ensure the
review of VMP.
- Any other
duties that may be assigned by the manager or any other senior manager.
Education Requirements
- Graduate
degree in Bachelor of Science or any other Science related degree.
- Minimum 2
years related experience
- Working in a
pharmaceutical firm will be an added advantage.
Other Qualifications
- Strong
experience with computer related proficiency Internet, E-mail, MS Office.
