Provision of Integrated Marketing Communication Services
The Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat (VDS) is a Semi–Autonomous
Government Agency mandated to provide strategic
leadership and co-ordination in the realization of the overall goals and
objectives of the Vision 2030 and its Medium Term Plans.
The Secretariat
spearheads the implementation of the Vision as the country’s blueprint towards
making Kenya a newly industrializing ‘middle-income’ country capable of
providing a high quality of life for all its citizens by the year 2030.
In order to implement its mandate and aggressively market the
Vision’s plans and achievements to its stakeholders, VDS
seeks to engage a full service agency that will be able to:

Develop and execute strategic integrated marketing campaigns for
the Vision 2030 brand,

Provide the following key services: Development of strategic
advertising campaigns and execution of concepts, development of multimedia
communication strategies, Media Buying, Public Relations, Experiential
Marketing, Strategic Planning, Brand Management etc.

Possession of expertise on major projects of similar nature in
both public and private sector
VDS now invites
applications from interested eligible firms to indicate their interest in
provision of the services above .
Tender documents
containing detailed terms and conditions of application, may be obtained from
the Procurement office, 2nd Floor, Kuscco Centre, Kilimanjaro Avenue off Mara
Road, Upper Hill during normal working hours, upon payment of nonrefundable fee
of Kshs 5,000.00 per document through bank deposit into the following account;

01141161619200, Bank- Co-operative Bank of Kenya, Branch- Upper Hill and submit
the deposit slip to the VDS Accounts Office, Completed tender documents in
plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER FOR PROVISION OF INTEGRATED
MARKETING COMMUNICATION SERVICES-VDS/001/2012-2013” and addressed to:

Should be deposited in
the tender box situated on 2nd Floor, Kuscco Center, Kilimanjaro Avenue,
Upperhill so as to reach the above address not later than 10th July 2012 at
10.30 a.m.
The applications will be
opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders or their
representatives who may wish to attend at 10:30 a.m in the VDS boardroom.
VDS reserves the right to
accept or reject the applications and is under no obligation to give reasons
for the decision it reaches.
Late applications will
NOT be accepted.
Canvassing will result in
automatic disqualification
